Dr. Carlos Alario Hoyos

Dr. Carlos Alario-Hoyos is Associate Professor at the Department of Telematics Engineering at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. He received M.S. and PhD degrees in Information and Communication Technologies from Universidad de Valladolid, Spain, in 2007 to 2012 respectively. He is also Deputy Vice President for Strategy and Digital Education. His main research interests include MOOCs, interoperability and software educational tools.
